Pasar Siti Khadijah
This is one of the 'must visit' places in Kelantan, Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah. Located in the heart of Kota Bharu, it serves you anything from fresh produce, kain batik, batik wear, scarves, prayer mats, traditional local delights, spices, sweets, silver and bronze items as well as many other types of household products.
The Market is particularly unique because most traders at the market are women. Most activities take place early in the morning at Siti Khadijah Market. The market, named after the wife of Prophet Muhammad, is open from 8am to 6pm with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays being the busiest days.
Am sorry for the very bad pictures taken by me,hewhew. I was just following my sister to buy things that she needed to bring back to Kuala Lumpur and while walking i snap this and that, and taraaa! I put it on my blogs just to share with you guys the very famous market in Malaysia. Am i wrong?ngeee :p
Some info to share, actually tak semuanya murah kat sini. Tapi mahal pun tidak la keterlaluan. For example my sis bought budu that day cost RM10/dozen kalo tak silap, tapi dekat my place Wakaf Bharu, it costs only RM9 dekat satu gudang cina ni yang we used to call him Pak Chu Chuan. :) . Tapi nak buat macamana kan time tu cuti chinese new year ofcosla dia pun nak beraya. Haha.
Ok la panjang pula ceritanya. Well kalo kain baju better shopping at Bazar Tok Guru which dulu famous kat pasar MPKB but since that market has already demolished and semua peniaga pun pindah kat bazar tu la. Ok that part nanti i story later. Got to go, my friend dah bising2 suruh pergi rumah dia. Hehe, bye2.
