Wakaf Bharu Nasi Kukus.

Assalamua'laikum..


There's a lot of nasi kukus can be found in Kelantan. Among of the famous nasi kukus are, Nasi Kukus Zakini, Nasi Kukus Zawanie, Nasi Kukus Zaeman, Nasi Kukus Haekal and so many more!


As i am a Wakaf Bharu resident, so the most famous nasi kukus here is 'Wakaf Bharu Nasi Kukus'. Actually, there're few nasi kukus stalls here, but 'Wakaf Bharu Nasi Kukus' is the most recommended one.


If u wanna reach here, this stall is located at Jalan Puteri Saadong, in front of electric shop, Ruby Trading which sells product from Sony and Panasonic.


You'll never be regret when you have a great taste of this nasi kukus. The mix of three different kuah, if im not mistaken, dalca,kerutup and im not sure what is another one, but insyaALLAH, do trust me, it will never let you down. Heee.


Later, i'll show u how the nasi looks alike ya. Lupa nak snap lapar sangat td..hehehe. Selalu2 tak pernah cerita pun, this is the time to reveal. Keh3. Peak hours, time lunch hour la. Buka 10am till 4pm something la, and biasa memang by 3 tu mujur nak ada je lg..hu3.

Kerabu Kaki Ayam Paling Sedap di Kelantan.

The best kerabu kaki ayam that i've ever taste is at Restoren Sri Inang! Seriously! I did try at few kedai tapi tak sama dengan sri inang punya. Even yang i buat pun takla sesedap ni, tapi masih sedap juga laaa.. Hahha!


Landmark kedainya susah nak cakap tapi kedai dia kecik jer kadang2 tak perasan pun. Dia dari T-junction post office Wakaf Bharu if from KB, turn right, belah kiri sikit ada la restoren ni. But if u wanna grab kerabu ni, kena make sure be there before 12noon la. Kalo tak memang tak ada rezeki la nak merasa. Fast selling ok?


Masa kerja dulu memang selalu beli otw nak g kerja. Sometimes bila mood mengidam tu on, the whole week tu pergi kerja bungkus nasi putih+ayam halia+kerabu kaki ayam+ulam timun! Sedap n ofcos costly sikitly. Rm4-5 sbungkus. Sampai satu tahap dengar kerabu kaki ayam pun saya tak boleh. Nak muntoh! Hahaha. And berbulan2 jugak puasa tak makannya. Bila dah muhasabah lama2 baru ok balik. Ni la orang kata kalo suka tak boleh keterlaluan nanti lama2 jadi benci kan..huahuahua.

Tempat lain i dnt know la ada tak mende ni. Kalo takder nanti beli la kaki ayam then buat sendiri la ya. Hihihi. Takpun datang la Kelantan ni ya. Varieties of foods available here. :)

Ubat Ulser Mulut.

Assalamua'laikum..


Suffered for ulser mulut for about 3 days dah. Memang tak letak apa2 ubat pun unless minum plain water jer tapi tak banyak jugak sebab hujan tak berenti n sejuuuk sangat! Tak kuasa back and forth to toilet frequently...tak sanggup!hehe.


Dok pikir2 dah berapa hari nak buat macamana lah nak bagi sembuh kan. Yang ingat letak garam kat ulser tu. But i surrender lah kan. It's just like you suicide yourself lah kalo boh garam tu! Hahaha. Penakut. ^_^


Then baru teringat, masa kat udm dulu quite often juga kena ulcer, almost monthly okeyh? Dasyat kan? Stress belajar kot, takpun heartbroken disease..agaga. Stress boleh sebabkan ulcer taw! Hati2.


So time kena ulcer tu memang basically tak ambik apa2 ubat pun sebab takut! Hek3. And saya memang jenis ignore bab ubat ni selagi boleh bertahan. Just minum air je banyak2 and it works lah cuma ambik masa dalam 2,3 days mcm tu.


Until 1 day, saya kena ulcer yang teruk sangat, and banyak siap yang bgesel2 ngan gigi tu alahai..memang tak tahan la masa tu. Tak keluar bilik pun. Dah la time exam , memang takleyh nak concentrate apa pun. Lepas tu minta tolong my friend kot saper2 ada ubat ke kan, and luckily they told Ada( Suhada), my classmate baru je sembuh ulcer lepas guna bonjela!


Lantas berlari2 la daku ke bilik Ada di aras 3. Alhamdulillah Ada bg guna and i took that bonjela back to my room, with her permission. Balik bilik terus letak dekat ulcer, sambil letak sambil nangis! Hak3. Pedih tahu? Tapi bertahanla.. Lama2 the pain was gone.. And within that night jugak boleh study untuk test esoknya.


Then the next day dah boleh hidup normal berhuhar2 with my geng macam biasa, sampai kena marah dengan 'jiran2' sebab bising time diorang nak study. He3. Keji sangat sweet memories ni pun.. ;)
Oh udm, i miss u hardly! Tapi udm da tak wujud, dah tukar nama ke unisza. I grad my dip dgn udm. Esok2 anak2 tengok gambar convo dyorang tanya "mommy, where on earth udm is?"
haaaa speaking london u anakku..hahaha..


Ok lah, panjang betul kisah bonjela ni sampai tak rasa sakit kat mulut ni..hehehe. Dekat setahun tak kena, kes kali ni sebab tergigit bibir je time cakap..kah3.. Nok geroh ore kelate kata. Harap2 recover cepat la, malas nak boh ubat2 bagai..takut pun ya..kwa3!

Sup Sayur Sedap dan Simple

A very quick entry while waiting Isya'. Hehe, about sup sayur @ sayur air. Actually takder apa nak cerita pun, nak update resepi saja. Ahhahaa..


Dedicated to those yang tengah diet, here we go the recipe:

Bahan2:
- Seikat sawi ( potong kasar)
- 1/4 kubis (potong kecik2)
- 3 ulas bawang putih
- 1/2 labu bawang besar
- Segenggam ikan bilis (tumbuk)
- Sebiji telur
- 1 sb sos tiram
- 1 sk garam halus
- Air (terpulang nak boh byk mana)
- Sedikit minyak , utk menumis


Cara2:
- Panaskan kuali n masuk minyak
- tumis bawang putih hingga kekuningan
- masuk bawang besar, tumis hingga sdikit layu
- pecahkan telur ke dlm kuali, kacau2 sampai hancur n tak melekat
- masuk sayur, air, ikan bilis, garam dan sos tiram.
- kacau2 sampai sebati, n biarkan sayur seketika..dan siap!


Senang jer. Tak sampai 10minit pun masaknya. Cuba okeh? This is one of my fevret dish, and the one that i really PRO to cook laa... Hahaha. Boleh juga tambah apa2 benda lain yang kalian suka ya. Lupa pulak nak boh cili tadi..huhuhu. Makan gitu aje tanpa nasi pun best! Nak boh lauk2 pun best! Be creative edit ur recipe.. Winkss!;)

Blueberry Yogurt Cheesecake.

Love is not only for peoples (as many people seek for it), but for FOOD as well! Yeah, hidup untuk makan!(as for me) hehehe.


This blueberry yogurt cheesecake is still hutang ya cik yana! Almost lupa nak bayar my sis this cake. Tahu kirim jer n tahu telan juga. Bayar buat2 tak tahu?? Haha. My bad, sorry....


Eh this cake sangat sedap kan? Trust me. If macam petang2 sikit pergi SR memang haremmm la nak merasa. Sangat laris! And i memang in love la with this cake. Tak rasa macam cake langsung, tapi it tastes like you eat an ice cream okaiy? Sah2 i an ice cream lover kan.. Yogurt lover juga.. Dan cheese lover juga! Hahhaa. Seriously, it's really captivate my heart...lalala.


Ada juga keinginan nak buat sendiri, but not for this time around.. Sebab keinginan untuk beli tu lebih2 lagi..hohoho. Walaupunnnnn harganya adalah RM7.50/pc. ;)

Sos Cili Paling Sedap.

Guys, among all sos cili brands out there, please..please..please choose Life punya brand and i bet u'll never be regret of choosing it. Life sangat sedap ok! Untuk masak or makan cicah2 keropok or apa2 jer , it suits all.


Eh, ini bukan iklan berbayar ya, tulus dari hatiku. Hahaha. Kfc pun pakai sos cili life kan?haa no wonder la memang best. Saja nak share benda baik kan, dah takder apa nak stori mori..hehehe.


Ada jugak sometimes guna other brands, tp tak seketagih Life punya la. And i ada experience beli sos yang iklan kat tv kata guna cili segar tu tapi hampess jer. Tak sedap bagi saya tak tahu la orang lain kan. ;)


Ok dah, nak tido, esok busy nak buat tempahan..hew2.. lusa ada majlis...gudnitez!

Peplum.

Peplum, peplum, peplum. Yea, at first when my sis asked me about this kind of baju kurung saya ingatkan apa lah. I tot it was like a jeruk something??hagagaga. Idiot me. So outdated! :p


Memang mula2 buat tak tahu jer. Tapi finally i started my own tour browsing for this peplum sebab banyak sangat nampak blogshop/fb yang jual nya.


Tengok punya tengok, punya tengok.. Hurmm.. In the end rasa taknak la taruh hati pada peplum. Sebab? Design dia yang ikut body cutting.. Lepas tu, none is cheap too!kui3. Tapi i suka nama dia 'peplum'. Why peplum haa? Malas nak browse cari. Anybody knows?;)


Ke ada peplum yang design tak ikut bntuk bdan and murah jugak?murah for me is below rm50/pair...hahaha. Ada?

p/s : dekat kelantan ni ramai yang dapat br1m tahu kenapa sebab ramai kerja sendiri2..biznes..lepastu isi borang sukati jerla letak income bukan perlu income statement pun kan..lepastu duit buat enjoy jerla.. Not to buy something necessarily. Ada tanya kawan yg hubby dia kontraktor pun dapat gak pastu duit tu dia cakap nak buat bli tv baru kat dapur okehs!ahaha..


Well, tak kisahla nak buat apa pun dengan duit tu, orang nak bagi kita ambik. In fact the money doesn't belong to 'pemberi' tu pun. Duit kita2 gak. My sis kata patut bg kat semua rakyat M'sia, monthly!hehe. Whatever la.

Semua Kawan Dah Kahwin..So?

Another girlfriend of mine, Ciklat, is getting married with her loved one, soon! Alhamdulillah, another mosque will be built, insyaALLAH.


Well, yes im happy for the good news. Kawan nak kahwin gila tak happy? Hehe. But.......deep in my heart, ofcos i sedih juga, sebab? No more friends(my buddies since school) to gossiping! Lalalala..


Mula2 Mc Niey kawen, followed by Solat last year, then this coming May my dear Ciklat pula. It was so sudden, tapi ini la jodoh kan, garam di laut , asam di darat dalam kuali bertemu jua. Ececeh.


Saya sendiri tak tahu la bila. Kahwin memang nak tapi for now rasa tak ready lagi. Tak tahu bila nak ready. Haha. Nak getting closer dengan lelaki pun macam 'hurmmmm' *takder perasaan* hewhewhew. Sampai my friend nak kenen2kan saya dengan her friend pun rasa macam disgusting okeh!hahaha. MasyaALLAH apa punya feeling la macam ni huh??


Sebenarnya bukan taknak kawan, i mean a way to get married then, tapi macam oldskul sgt kalo nak kawan2 dulu, kenal hati budi, nak sms 24/7 apa semua rasa rimas! I dont want it to be that way. Nak cara lain yang lebih tenang and diberkati. InsyaALLAH, serah padaNYA so tak risau bab jodoh ke apa. Cuma nak fix myself to be better than before, as hopefully Allah akan temukan sy dengan lelaki yang dapat membimbing saya, fildunya wal akhirah.

Tapi saya actually obsessed with this supercute Heliza Helmi! MasyaALLAH, dahla cantik, everythings that comes out from her mouth has totally spellbind me to keep respect her as an idol and muslimah. Heliza ni quite naughty juga la kan, time ustazah tanya either she's taken or not dia cakap 'saya sudah berpunya..... Oleh mak ayah saya' haha.. I guess not only me tapi ustazah, both ustaz and Maulana yang ada kat studio tu pun surprised juga la kan? Kikiki

Pasar Siti Khadijah

Assalamua'laikum..


This is one of the 'must visit' places in Kelantan, Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah. Located in the heart of Kota Bharu, it serves you anything from fresh produce, kain batik, batik wear, scarves, prayer mats,traditional local delights, spices, sweets, silver and bronze items as well as many other types of household products.


The Market is particularly unique because most traders at the market are women. Most activities take place early in the morning at Siti Khadijah Market. The market, named after the wife of Prophet Muhammad, is open from 8am to 6pm with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays being the busiest days.


Am sorry for the very bad pictures taken by me,hewhew. I was just following my sister to buy things that she needed to bring back to Kuala Lumpur and while walking i snap this and that, and taraaa! I put it on my blogs just to share with you guys the very famous market in Malaysia. Am i wrong?ngeee :p


Some info to share, actually tak semuanya murah kat sini. Tapi mahal pun tidak la keterlaluan. For example my sis bought budu that day cost RM10/dozen kalo tak silap, tapi dekat my place Wakaf Bharu, it costs only RM9 dekat satu gudang cina ni yang we used to call him Pak Chu Chuan. :) . Tapi nak buat macamana kan time tu cuti chinese new year ofcosla dia pun nak beraya. Haha.


Ok la panjang pula ceritanya. Well kalo kain baju better shopping at Bazar Tok Guru which dulu famous kat pasar MPKB but since that market has already demolished and semua peniaga pun pindah kat bazar tu la. Ok that part nanti i story later. Got to go, my friend dah bising2 suruh pergi rumah dia. Hehe, bye2.

Ibu Catriona Ross Meninggal Dunia

Salam takziah to Catriona family on departure of her late mother, Allahyarhamah Siti Zawiyah Ab. Rahman in a car crash in Grik after being hit by a bus at 1am in the morning, today.


This is a great test from Ilahi. Allahuakbar! Tenanglah pada yang pergi, bersabarlah pada yang diuji. Yang pasti kita semua pasti akan kembali.


p/s: i was so sad when i read a status by Donna magz official fb this late evening about this news. It's really reminds me towards somebody who had experienced the same and lost his mother on that crash. Oh Allah, semuanya dah berlalu. Semoga makcik juga baik2 saja di sana. Ameen~

Pantai Cahaya Bulan

Assalamua'laikum..


Visitors to Kota Bharu must visit its famous beach, Pantai Cahaya Bulan (Moonlight Beach). It used to be called Pantai Cinta Berahi (Beach of Passionate Love), a name reputedly given by a lovelorn British soldier in a moment of fantasy while he was at the beach during World War Two. Today, some locals still use the old name, although many now prefer to just refer to it as 'PCB'.


With a long, wide and sandy beach, it is a popular spot for local family outings especially during weekends. The beach is well-developed for visitors' convenience, with a resort Hotel, chalets, restaurants, food stalls, a camping ground, public restrooms and changing rooms.


The journey to the beach from Kota Bharu will take you through quaint, traditional Malay villages. This area is famous for the small industry of traditional handicrafts. Look out for simple advertisements along the roadside as you pass through, indicating batik printing, songket-weaving, brassware and kite making shops. You can buy these handicraft items directly from these producers at a good price.


Actually pcb is like nothing becoz the beach has no longer be the same anymore. No more sand beach, all that remained were only the sea and the stones as the coastal embankments. But the sea is quite nice la, and still ramai yang pergi sana particularly during holidays sampai jamm habis and takder parking ok!haha..we just went there to hang out and enjoy the beauty of Allah's creation. Subhanallah, release tension..alhamdulillah. Pergi la sana, not to worry sebab ada banyak gerai makan and ada kites juga bolehlah main sekali..hehe

Getting there:
From Kota Bharu town, take the D1 Route headed north towards Pengkalan Chepa. Pantai Cahaya Bulan is located some 10km down this road. If you are taking public transportation, take Bus No.10 from the town centre. The journey takes about 20 to 25 minutes.

Yesterday while we're on our way heading to pcb,my bil drop by at one beautiful mosque at mukim banggol to perform solat asar..


As we entered the gate,i was so amazed by the beautiful scenery outside the mosque..masyaALLAH!macam dalam taman!seriously rasanya this is my first time took picture at mosque..heee..cantik sangat!rasa just nak lepak2 kat situ lama2 haha..but not proper la kan..masjid kot..unless untuk majlis ilmu lain la kan..


Hurmm..so boleh tak nak kata this is the recommended mosque in Kelantan?hehehe..

Jambatan Sultan Yahya Petra Kedua

Assalamua'laikum..


Since my eyes refused to close and my belly been attacked for abdominal pain so i decided to blog la for sure!


Owh alhamdulillah 2nd bridge of jambatan sultan yahya petra had already passable to all road users in Kota Bharu..buttt not fully finished lor..only one side from pasir pekan to trafic lite yang area bangunan Sapura tu ajer yang usable!ahha..the rest?wasn't ready yet okeh?


Thus Dato' , please no need la any bunting or poster along the way at the bridge just to remind the users to keep thank you to you..whereas the bridge supposed to be completed in 2009!?!?kenapa harini baru siap sebelah?alahai..kecewanya saya..


Anyways,nak bagitahu even ada 2nd bridge pun jalan still jammed lg okeh?yg side p.pekan heading to kb la..heh tak paham ok..tapi maybe la sebab stuck dekat trafic lite depan tu sepatutnya kena balik ke roundbout semula la kot..and maybe jugak sebab musim cuti ni ramai betul yang home sweet home..haha sampai overload kota bharu..hehehe

Eventful

Penat sangat harini but still i'm a happy girl!hehehe..pagi2 lagi dah keluar ikut my sis pergi shopping semer barang yang dia nak bawak balik kl..


Pergi parkson, pergi nagoya, pergi pantai timur supermarket, pergi pasar siti khadijah...haaa mana lagi?pusing2 dalam Kb town tu jalan kaki jer sebab dah parking dekat mana ntah area bus station ehhee i tak tahu apa ke namanya tempat tu..so very the tired!


Balik dah pukul 2, siap2 pergi kenduri jiran plak..ouh i love kenduri yang ada mainkan lagu2 dikir barat!layann jer makan..hahaha..


Then balik kenduri pergi pcb pulak..huhu even penat tapi hepi takper la kan..balik rumah dah magrib..mandi, makan semer then before sleep settlekan biz matter dulu la kan..enjoy2 jugak kerja tak lupa..biznes sendiri no work no money lorh..huhuhu

Banyak betul kenduri kawin cuti cny ni..alhamdulillah banyak masjid terbina..syukur..tadi dah attend 1 wedding saudara belah ma cum my schoolmate,amira n shahrul..tak jumpa pengantin pun just makan kt bwah jer..tengok dari jauh je la..lagipun bukan dia yang invite i tapi parents dia yg jemput my mom..so just makan bubur kacang dengan agar2 jer sebab dah kenyang makan kat umah..


Doorgift depa ni simple and cut cost la i think sebab pakai kertas macam yang tempat isi waffle 2 je kan..so nice!dalam tu biasala gula2,sumi jelly and etc. la..yang ada telur tu ma punya sebab ma 'ngeley'/salam kaup kan?
